Our client is one of the leading FMCG corporation with strong existence in Hong Kong and Greater China. To cope with their expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen within their HR Business Partner team.

 

We are now seeking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full range of HR services to designated business units
  • Partner with HR functional teams and specialists to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Liaise closely with department heads and line managers on HR strategic planning
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management programs
  • Prepare HR reports on regular basis for management review
  • Cultivate change management programs and delegate corporate mission statements to all levels of employees
  • Participate in any HR projects as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 8-12 years solid HR experience, preferably gained from the FMCG industry
  • Solid experience in business partnering and successful track record advising department heads on HR strategic planning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with different levels of managers and staff
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chiense
