Responsibilities
Overall managing the HR & Admin Generalist activities
To work and supervise the HR & Admin team
Involve in selection and recruitment of all employees
Initiate, review and implement effective HR policies and procedures
Prepare of appointment letters, confirmation letters, termination letters, and other related employment matters
Processing of work permit / passes for foreign workers such as application, renewal, cancellation, etc.
Handle all matters relating to employees' welfare and benefits in accordance with the Company's policies, which may be amended from time to time
Conduct regular surveys on Compensation and Benefits with competitors
Monthly verification and processing of Company's employee payroll, attendance report, leave balances report or such report as required
Responsible for employee relations and training & development, including but not limited to management of employees' grievances & liaise with MOM in regards to any dispute from the employee
Responsible for the Surveys as and when required by the relevant authorities
Maintaining of employees personal data
General office administration and any other ad hoc duties / projects
