About The Role
We seek a dynamic and capable person who can independently manage the entire spectrum of HR.
a.Recruitment and Onboarding
Oversee processes and procedures of recruitment
Plans and conduct new employee on-boarding to foster positive attitude toward organisation goals.
b.Compensation and Benefits
Develop and recommend for implementation of compensation plan
Administer benefits plans
Work on talent identification and development of career progression and succession planning
Implementation of Competency framework and talent management framework
d.Employee Welfare, Engagement and Retention
Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
Advise appropriate resolution of employee relations matters
Develop employee engagement, retention strategies and plan staff welfare activities
e.Training and Development
Administer and maintaining training and development needs that fits the organisation goals and employee personal development objectives
f.Policy and Compliance
Keep abreast of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting comply
Participate in Covid related response at organisational level
Familiar with current HR policies and practices in the local context
Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies:
Degree in Business with major in Human Resource
With at least 3 years of managerial experience
Good spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to interact effectively at all levels
Good planning and prioritisation skills.
Able to hands-on and work independently but in a team environment.
Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mind-set.
