Responsibilities
Lead HR Operations , workforce planning / hiring and learning & development
Responsible to lead the full scope of HR operations for local and regional entities and is accountable for success across all HR disciplines
Lead workforce and human capital conversations with senior management, including employee engagement, development and succession planning
Promote a positive and open culture within the organization
Manage HR budgets and workforce planning
Manage internal communications related to employee-related topics ( HR Policies and Employment laws, employee engagement,etc )
In charge of internal employee feedback process and employee engagement survey
Drive and Improve HR Policies and Programs
Continual review and improvement of the policies, practices and processes associated with people
Ensure HR admin and compliance processes are in place and rigorously followed
Comply with employment laws and regulations, and support line managers in drafting and issuing employment contracts
Is accountable to drive a comprehensive recruiting and retention strategy to meet the evolving business needs of the organization
Foster rigorous performance management processes
Lead compensation and benefits programs to ensure an effective incentives and rewards for effective performance
Is accountable to build and execute Learning & development policies and programs, together with training and certification of staff according to business needs
Build processes to ensure talent management and succession planning
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields and Professional Qualification in HRM.
Know-how of Legal and Compliance framework of local HR Management .Regional HR Management would be preferred
8-10 years of Human Resource experience across key Human Resources functional areas, managing the full spectrum of HR Operations with focus on talent acquisition and talent management
Current or prior experience as a HR Manager, preferably from industrial / engineering / software / smart control companies
Some payroll experience would be highly desirable
Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment and skilled in balancing multiple priorities
Ability to influence leaders and communicate effectively
Ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to form effective working relationships quickly with different stakeholders
Acts as a change agent in a fast paced environment
Takes initiative , personal ownership and accountability
Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking employees.
