Lead and direct the functions of the HR Department, including interviewing and hiring staff,enforcing company policies and practices, and administering pay, benefits, and leave
Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains talent
Define learning and development needs based on business and staff capability needs
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Handle discipline of employees in accordance with company policy
Manage immigration matters for expatriates and short-term business visitors from our overseas branches
Oversee other general company administrative duties such as liaising with building management, managing staff insurance, and organization of company events
Requirements:
Min 8 years of HR experience, with min 5 years in a managerial role
Have a proven track records in hiring and talent retention
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Mature, good team player and able to work independently
Experience in Sage EPE software will be advantageous
