Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems, and various initiatives.
  • Liaise with government bodies for the HR function
  • Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain our talents/employee
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information.
  • Advising and handling all employees compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness-related issues/queries.
  • Analyze both short- and long-term business plans, recommend and implement strategies to ensure that business goals are achieved
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring the teams to deliver high-quality and timely HR advice to the organization and HR teams.
  • Measurable values that determine how effectively an individual, team, or organization is achieving a business objective such as (Absenteeism Rate, Overtime Rate, Overtime Hours, Training Cost, Employee Productivity, Talent Satisfaction, Cost per hire, recruiting conversion rate.)
  • Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma qualification, with at least 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager or relevant experience in HR operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel applications
  • Possess good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to deal effectively with colleagues in all parts of the organization
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
