Position Title: Human Resource Manager

Job description:

We seek a highly motivated & skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. You will take ownership & work closely with the Director of Human Resource. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR professional in a generalist role, or in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the entire employee experience & engagement activities, occasions, events, gatherings, meetings etc. To devise out of the box concepts for employee engagement and strive to create top end employee experiences.
  • Manage the induction and orientation process for all new hires.
  • Responsible for managing the Performance Management process.
  • Responsible for new policy formulation and monitor the need for policy revision from time to time as per the evolutionary needs of the organization.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and preservation of human capital
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Manages the entire exit process & related activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • A minimum experience of 7 plus years in Human Resources function as a HR generalist or in HR operations with organizations of repute preferably with a start- up
  • Strong analytical skills & self motivated to learn & adapt to the dynamic work environment & challenges
  • Excellent understanding of the talent acquisition, employee engagement and experiential induction & orientation process
  • Ability to think out of box and constantly identify process improvement measures
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Abreast with latest trends and best practices in Human Resource
