Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Formulating and implementing HR policies and objectives
  • Provide direction of recruitment, placement and retention of employee
  • Determining and recommending employee relations practices
  • Identifying legal matter for and ensure compliance with government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
  • Establishing wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs in line with the corporate policies
  • Provide compensation and benefits, strategies and processes
  • Overseeing and making recommendations for new employee orientation, training and development
  • Identifying new HR initiatives and assessing existing initiatives
  • Liaise with government bodies for HR function
  • Planning and negotiate with Union on Collective Agreement matters
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant human resource development experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR practices
