Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager will be responsible for all Human Resource and Learning & Development matters, strategies, and initiatives across the Company. This will include driving strategic initiatives, while at the same time executing ongoing HR specific programs and policies. The HR Manager will oversee all generalist HR functions, as well as to lead the L&D function by aligning training roadmaps with business goals.
