Our client is on a lookout for a HR Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR Executives to fulfil the manpower requirements of every site
  • Plan Competitive Remuneration package to attract and retain staff
  • Be at the forefront of best HR practices & implement & Organize Recruitment activities to select Security Officers/Supervisors to meet the manpower requirements of our sites
  • Co-ordinate with Operations Managers/Operations Executives regarding manpower requirements & answer enquires on HR related issues like MOM regulations, calculation of pay
  • Deployment of staff to various projects
  • Design attractive recruitment posters, brochures, e-marketing to attract candidates; Plan job fairs and other recruitment activities
  • Submit Work injury Compensation claims & renew insurance
  • Counsel staff for performance matters; issue warning letters or termination letters. Conduct Employees Feedback exercise and suggest improvement plans
  • Make Preparation for annual ISO Audit exercises & various audits relating to input from HR. 9. Any other HR/Admin/ Compliance related duties
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good organization skills and able to relate to people from all levels
  • Resourceful & creative in finding ways to recruit security personnel
