Roles & Responsibilities

HR Services & Supports

  • Guide the team to perform day-to-day HR operational activities and ensure that the business hiring objective, and requirement are being met in a timely manner.
  • Implement and oversee policies and procedures and ensure HR governance and compliance is met for all legislative and internal controls and processes.
  • Provide employee relations guidance and support across all aspects of HR policy and practices. performance management, grievance, disciplinary, etc.
  • Lead HR improvement projects and do implement them within the branch or across all entities.
  • Any other assignments from management from time to time.
  • Talent Management

  • Be fully involved to hire the best talent for the business and ensure the recruitment cycle is within a stipulated time frame.
  • To be constantly aware of staffing and remuneration and benefits and propose to the management team
  • To ensure constant recruitment drives are ongoing in line with business needs
  • Collaborate closely with Managers to ensure key staff are consistently engaged; recommend appropriate retention strategies for critical resources.
  • Training & Development

  • Identify, recommend, and undertake staff training and development programs based on staff training needs.
  • People Engagement & Culture building

  • Implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and build happy organizational culture.
  • Promote employee engagement activities such as employee engagement survey action plans and related events
  • Play as a bridge between employee and management/manager and have constant communication to listen to the voice from the ground.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Performance Motivation & Change Management

  • Manage the Annual Performance Review process, provide guidance to leaders, and ensure all activities are completed within the timeline.
  • Lead and carry out change management or restructuring/reorganizing programs. when relevant
  • Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having in-depth knowledge and expertise in multiple HR specialties. Preferable with recruitment, people engagement, and training & people development experience.
  • Good communicator and able to communicate with all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to provide solutions/ recommendations for critical decision-making process.
