Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle full spectrum of HR function not limited to recruitment & selection, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other administrative duties.
  • Develop and implement effective talent pipeline and manpower strategies to attract talents to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Partner closely with the operations functions to understand their requirements and recruitment needs.
  • Be abreast with the latest recruitment channels and strategies in an effort to improve the hiring success rate for the positions you are responsible for, embedding best practices within the team and expanding the sourcing channels in use.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Lead Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement.
  • Manage and ensure monthly payroll processing (Timesoft)
  • Lead and guide the team in HR operations and drive changes.
  • Provide support in formulating, enhancing HR policies, Compensation & Benefit administration, and improvement of HR processes.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, disciplinary problems &, etc. on regular basis.
  • Implementing training and development agenda for areas that require attention and improvement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
  • Managing HR budgets
