Roles & Responsibilities

Leading organisation in the educational sector is looking for a HR Manager, up to SGD 8,500/month.
Your new company

A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Manager to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on C&B HR related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
Your new role

You will be part of a dynamic as a HR Manager overseeing C&B, talent management, manpower budgeting and training and development portfolio. You will get to design pay-for-performance plans and reviewing employee benefits program. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting C&B related projects that the company carries out and you will be deeply involved in the strategic development of the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need have strong leadership qualities, and is familiar with the entire spectrum of HR operations. You will ideally have the characteristic of being adaptable and flexible, as you will be driving and implementing key performance related exercises. You will also need to have strong excel knowledge and skillset.
