Our client is a Consumer Products multinational with headquarters in Europe. Hong Kong is one of their major hubs where senior global heads are also based. Due to expanding business needs, they are now seeking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee their regional business.
Reporting to the General Manager based in Hong Kong, this is an individual contributor role where you will be part of a virtual HR team in Asia and Europe. With oversight for APAC and EMEA, you will roll out and implement the latest global performance management and development plan; manage and lead an integrated talent development programme, with on going support and coaching framework for a high performance culture. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for other HR duties such as data reporting and compensation and benefits. This is a newly created headcount where you will play a significant Human Capital role in this organisation.
To qualify, individuals must posses:
- Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of HR BP exposure gained in MNC
- Prior experience in leading performance management initiatives
- Excellent communication skills; ability to integrate with remote colleagues
- Flair for building personal rapport with all levels of staff
- Good command in both English and Chinese
