Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Manage full spectrum of HR functions, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare and performance management

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues

Ensure HR policy procedures remain current, fit for purpose and in compliance with legal/statutory obligations

Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

Support resource planning through managing recruitment and selection including preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements, conducting interviews and manage onboarding and offboarding process

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Nurture a positive working environment

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Liaise with government bodies for HR function (e.g MOH, IRAS)


Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management

Proven working experience as HR Manager

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR development experience

Experience in HR Generalist role is a plus point

Strong knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR practices

People oriented and results driven

Demonstrate experience with Human Resources metrics

Able to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines and taxi legislations
