Job Description:

  • Responsible for all HR functions including HR policies, recruitment and orientation, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee benefit programs, relations, and engagement activities.
  • Creating HR policies, procedures, and systems that are aligned with the business goals of the company
  • Ensure compliance with both HR regulations and employment laws.
  • Provide support to the area managers as needed.
  • Provide advice on HR-related matters to management.
  • Ensure that HR and payroll administration is accurate and reliable, and that employee files are well organized.
  • Responsible for the complete payroll process, accurate and timely payroll disbursements, as well as government and tax submissions.
  • Administration MOM work passes application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance & other related matters.
  • Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Process at least Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resource/Management/Administration
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • F&B industry experience will be advantageous
