- Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions.
- Administration and maintenance of HRMS.
- Handle payroll processing, IR8A/21.
- Support onboarding and off boarding.
- Responsible for insurance, medical and government related claims and compiling monthly reports.
- Align HR policies, and ensure relevance and compliance.
- Facilitate in application and renewal of work passes.
- Ad hoc activities as and when requested
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred.
- Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Responsible, quick learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated and an energetic team player.
- Min 5 years of HR experience.
