Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful incumbent will play a key role in driving organizational wide HR strategies, programs and initiatives of our Corporate Headquarter. You will need to proactively understand the key business drivers affecting the assigned functions and translate them into people management strategies and resulting needs for HR products and services.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement effective people strategies & tactical plans to support strategic business plans.

Partner closely with business leaders to plan and timely fulfill their manpower requirements that are aligned with their business strategies. This includes driving effective workforce planning to enable the organization has the right resources to drive business needs.

Proactively responds to and resolve employee relation issues such as employees grievances, complaints.

Drive key people process such as performance management, employee engagement and talent management to enhance employees performance, capabilities, engagement and retention.

Benchmark and recommend best HR practices for effective implementation of sound HR programs / initiatives

Create winning teams

Contribute to the successful implementation of global HR projects and initiatives, where applicable

Ensure full compliance of HR processes with SOX / Enterprise level requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

At least 8 years of solid relevant work experience, preferably in a semi-conductor industry

Good understanding of HR practices and operations, including knowledge of employee relations and compensation & benefits

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Demonstrate ability to create winning teams through teamwork and collaboration

Self-driven with ability to multi-task and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to drive results the right well

Possess strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
