Objective of the role
To support the People function effectively within the Singapore and Jakarta offices and act as a Business Partner to the partners and senior business services stakeholders.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
8+ years of HR experience
Previous strategic and operational HR experience, ideally in a legal, professional services or exceptional client service oriented environment at a senior level
Ability to proactively identify critical business issues and deal with or escalate appropriately
A positive can-do attitude - delivering consistently to deadlines and reacting positively to changes and conflict
Willingness to be hands-on with day to day operational requirements
A solutions and client focused skillset, comfortable with liaising with senior partners and stakeholders
High level communication skills, including drafting written documents, proofreading documents and verbal communication skills demonstrating accuracy and reliability
Comfortable with ambiguity
Team player with the ability to work cooperatively and flexibly with a varied team of people
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of information and use discretion when dealing with such matters
