Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing HR department operations
  • Manage day-to-day employee related issues
  • Take charge of statutory surveys and reporting including MOM and related market surveys
  • Take charge in government grants and claims
  • Prepare all employment related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
  • Responsible for payroll data checking, vetting and approval prior to submission to vendors for processing
  • Handle disputes, complains and grievances of employees
  • Work with the line managers and employees to help maintain healthy employee engagement and if necessary jointly manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Responsible for the annual increment and bonus
