Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle full scope of HR functions
  • Handle recruitment for all levels
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of information in HRM system
  • Annual submission of Income Tax Declaration
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary cases
  • Update Employee Handbook whenever there are changes to HR policies.
  • Collate data for submission of various surveys to Government authorities and other institutions.
  • Research and collate data for policy reviews and HR projects.
  • Handle internal enquires on training related matters, source for external courses, coordinate course registration, application for training grants and invoice verifications.
  • Track participants' training status, post training follow-up, update training records and compile training data for reporting purposes.
  • Handle employee life cycle - Recruitment & Selection, Manpower planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations (Onboarding and Offboarding)
  • Conduct pre-screening of candidates, interviews for hiring managers, character reference checks as applicable, preparation of documentations and administering of pre-employment medical checks etc.
  • Manage foreigners staff work pass applications, work pass renewals and cancellation matters.
  • Coordinate and support on-boarding administrative matters and welcome new hires with the 1st day induction program.
  • Conduct exit interview and collate feedback for resignation cases
  • Coordinate with resigning staff, Head of department and relevant departments to ensure clearance process is properly conducted.
  • Participate and support in the review, design and implement of relevant HR policies and processes to support business needs.
  • Initiate company events and activities to maintain company culture.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives to ensure a highly driven and motivated workforce.
  • Coordinate and support in annual performance management exercise
  • Requirements
  • Degree in HRM/ Business Administration/ Professional Qualification in HR Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years HR generalist experience.
  • Familiar with the employment laws and regulations and strong in HR protocol process
  • Good team-player with service-oriented mindset, meticulous and possess strong organisation skills.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
