Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be managing all aspects of HR function, including recruitment, talent development, payroll, training matters and general administration. You will be required to work closely with the management to manage the policies and procedures.


  • Manage the full spectrum of HR function
  • Manage staffing and recruitment strategies
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the HR initiatives to enhance business performance for future development goals
  • Assess the effectiveness of the HR strategies and recommend ways on how the strategies can be further improved to be aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other relevant issues
  • Plan and manage the organization's operational budget
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR practices
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of HR managerial experience
  • Strong leadership, with analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a good understanding of the employment law and HR best practices
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English.
