  • Job Description

    - Handle work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations in ASEAN countries
    - Promote and Enhance the framework for group companies in ASEAN countries
    - Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
    - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems for group companies
    - Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures of group companies
    - Actively involved in assisting performance management processes of group companies
    - Develop training and development programs
    - Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
    - Develop talent management across the group companies in Thailand, including career development
    - Analyze HR key metrics(Turnover, Demographic etc.) and utilize data for process improvement
