Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • Roll out 1ADM project, specifically the Employee Central module of SuccessFactors to in-scope countries with the objective of enhancing standardization and automation, ultimately enabling the HR function to focus on strategic, value-added work.
  • Implement HR strategy, and organize activities to ensure the HR function can support the achievement of business goals and contribute to nurturing an inclusive culture. The role provides professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of human resource management within the relevant countries, including but not limited to Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia. This role will be supported by direct reports in Singapore and Indonesia, and is key in the onboarding of future HR Manager in Singapore.
  • Scope & Responsibilities:

    1ADM Project

  • Drive alignment of the solution (Employee Central) to the broader 1ADM and HR vision
  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive the testing and implementation of the system
  • Consolidate data for uploading, and thereafter, maintain the integrity of data held within the system
  • Provide feedback from end-users perspective
  • Implement change management activities, in partnership with Organizational Change Management team
  • Champion the system to the business and employees
  • HR Management

  • Partner with the leadership teams and develop a solid understanding of the strategic goals of the teams and from that provide strategic business partnership & coaching to managers and leaders
  • Drive the full spectrum of HR activities such as:
  • HR operation such as promotions, relocations, payroll, terminations
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Performance management, including the annual merit review process
  • Employee relations
  • Talent management
  • Lead and/or participate in HR projects including reorganizations, process improvements, implementation of new policies/systems, mergers and acquisitions
  • Ensure accurate HR and payroll data is maintained in the relevant HR systems
  • Develop and implement various local HR policies as needed
  • Perform other duties as deemed appropriate and assigned by management.
  • Education:

    Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources Management

    Experiences and attributes:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources with at least 3 years in an international company
  • Prior experience in implementing SuccessFactors
  • Good interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease
  • Strong sense of integrity and responsibility
