We are now seeking for a HR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to the HR Director and act a as strategic business advisor on HR and people issues
  • Partner with all HR functions, including talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, benefits, diversity, ER, leadership development and training to deliver easy access, quality service
  • To manage the post mergers and acquisitions integration
  • Align HR strategy with the business strategy
  • Execute the strategic direction of HR, including implmentation of high-value added HR initiatives and programs that support business goals and objectives
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Design, develop and deliver relevant employee learning and development programmes where appropriate.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years or more in a team head positions preferably in fashion/retail environment
  • Solid experiences in HR due diligence or post M&A integration
  • Able to demostrate in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, people practices, HR disciplines such as recruiting and talent development
  • Good team-player with effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application and HRIS system
  • Good commend in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
