Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Responsible for strategic business partnering and execution of HR strategies

Partner with key senior business leaders to understand, guide and advise on business decisions related to the best, most effective and appropriate use of the human resources

Assist senior management in the recruitment of key positions

Effectively manage and implement group HR and L&D policies and procedures

Proactively review HR policies and procedures to ensure timeliness in supporting business goals and market demands

Proactively stay informed of human resources trends and practices

Requirements

Min. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 5 years of HRBP experience.

Successful track record in managing human resource functions for a large organization in F&B industry, min. of 5 years experience

Excellent understanding of how HR strategies can help drive business goals

People management and development skills

A team player, able to work alongside colleagues at all levels with diverse cultures within the business

Strong proactive leadership and team building capabilities, demonstrating strong potential to becoming future senior executive
