Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the monthly payroll processing of the company and timely submission of statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims, Maternity Leave Claims, etc.)
  • Ensure HR compliance with relevant business policies, ethical standards, legal business obligations, and legislations in compliance with Ministry of Manpower Employment Laws and relevant audit requirements
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding (orientation training, probation reviews and confirmation), exit interviews and offboarding
  • Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters, and correspondences
  • Oversees staff development/talent management
  • Manage annual performance review
  • Liaising with the relevant stakeholders/Line Managers to ensure a smooth communication channel
  • Provide HR-related guidance, advice to the line manager
  • Provide guidance and advice on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues
  • Proactive in improving overall HR procedures and efficiency to keep up with current market dynamics and the companys business demands
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Participate in MOM or any Government Agencies surveys
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business or HRM is preferred
  • At least 7 years of HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented and committed to continuous improvement and work excellence
  • High level of integrity, confidentially and accountability
  • An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and is highly adaptable
  • Proactive, self-starter, good critical thinking capabilities
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
