Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders/managers and their teams as a strategic partner by providing advisory support and delivery services on all People-related matters such as talent acquisition, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits,learning and development.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers during the screening and interviewing process and provides regular status updates of the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions & Payroll team to support day-to-day HR operational needs including administrative tasks.
  • Present HR issues and propositions to management from a business perspective in order to continuously add value to the organization.
  • Partner with functional leaders in the annual HR Review process including top talent identification, organizational strategy and succession planning.
  • Drive the principles of meritocracy with functional leaders in all talent decisions, including promotions, transfers and compensation adjustments.
  • Conduct employee counseling and handling of grievances.
  • Manage regular review and updating of HR Policies that support both the Talent Management Framework and alignment to Employment Act and Quality Management Systems.
  • Manage and analyze HR key metrics and utilize data for process improvements.
  • Engage employees and line managers through effective communication, build trust and create a positive work environment.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, maintenance and integrity of all related HR systems/folders/databases.
  • Work closely with IHLs and government bodies on strategies to create industry awareness and enhance employer branding.
  • Manage all internal and external HR & Quality audits.
  • The job holder shall at all times respect and comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements during the performance of his or her duties.
  • Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of relevant HR experiences in a MNC company. Experience in semiconductor/ electronic manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation (Employment Act)
  • Good knowledge in PDPA will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of Policy & Procedure for recruitment and talent
  • management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in SAP is an added advantages
