About our Client
We are delighted to partner exclusively with a Technology Leader to recruit for a high caliber HR Manager, to be based in Singapore. The HR Manager will be fully responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations and be a mentor and coach to the HR team in Singapore.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager will be responsible to review, evaluate and recommend HR policies, framework and processes to cultivate a high performing culture, to support HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to identify critical gaps and make the necessary action plan. As part of a high dynamic and growing technology company, the HR Manager will support COE specialists to ensure that compensation and benefits are competitive against the market by identifying any industry trends and/or recommending any initiatives enhance their compensation & benefits. and to identify any industry trends.
The Successful Candidate
You should have at least eight years of HR generalist/operations experience, preferably gained with a high growth and fast paced environment. You have a proven track record as a people manager, where you are able to coach and guide members. You are detailed oriented and able to identify gaps in processes and operations to ensure smooth and efficient in workflow. You are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
