Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Set, implement and monitor effective performance metrics to deliver HR functions

Develop and implement HR activities, policies and mechanisms to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and philosophy, fit for scale, as well as compliance with legislation

Attract and retain top talents while continuously maintaining a constant pipeline of talents

Set and implement an effective performance management framework

Develop and implement an effective rewards and recognition program

Support HQ for HR system implementation

Play a key role in culture building/assimilation as well as employee engagement

Ensure succession plan for key critical roles

Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc.


At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in a similar position in a corporate industry setting

Prior start up experience in terms of setting up the policies/ systems/functions will be beneficial

Hands-on, results driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated and strong ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic work environment

Adaptable and can operate under minimal guidance and deal with ambiguity

Strong in change management and dealing with organizational growth and/or changes

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
