Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years experience as a HR Generalist handling HR ops and HR administration (recruitment, continuous performance management, employee relations, training and development) preferably in a similar industry

  • Able to lead all HR initiatives and facilitate the implementation of all HR processes in consultation with the MD
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and Singapore visa/work pass application procedures
  • Able to provide advice on compensation & benefits and work closely with the Management Team on HR regulations in Singapore and other government matters
  • Keen to work in a creative environment and passionate about people
