Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the strategic HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain Division
  • In charge of all recruitment activities for staff level positions and all Supply Chain roles
  • Manage all manpower and related surveys
  • Oversee and backup payroll, ensuring accurate payment and payroll and income taxes matters comply to internal requirements and external regulations
  • Manages and in charge of inbound expatriates / transferees immigration matters
  • Prepare expatriates / transferees documents (cost projections, contracts and compensation worksheet, etc)
  • Initiate third party vendors for tax, international health insurance and relocation services
  • Handle yearly audits from internal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and monitor expatriates compensation/benefits details in both home and host locations and provide timely updates to tax services provider
  • Review, initiate and implement Learning & Development programs, opportunities to cultivate a thriving learning culture
  • We value:

  • A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in full spectrum HR or similar capacity
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, HR Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Strong analytical
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Being meticulous and pro-active in providing solutions and problem-solving
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Keen to liaise with multiple stakeholders across levels and diversity
