Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of HR/Admin department.
Work together with top management to provide strategic and advice on the improvement of organization.
Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies that support business goals
Responsible for the full HR spectrum such as employee engagement, recruitment, performance management and other HR related matters
Oversee all HR related matters and ensure that the company use the human resource optimally and beneficially.
Review, design and implement HR policies and procedures to reflect business objectives
Work closely with business line management by providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters
Lead HR related projects and initiatives
Advise on compliance with employment laws and other legislative requirements
Apply for MYE (Man-Year Entitlement), working visa for employees - WP, SP, EP and others
- Take care of Labour matters on/off site
- Plan a job-related training schedule for employees and keep the records Core Trade, CSOC, and others
Responsible on worker's dormitory contract, worker dormitory arrangement and liaise with MOM on dorm operator matters.
Provide counselling to employees and understand their needs to improve their work quality and value.
Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field.
Minimum 5-8 years of HR working experience.
Preferable candidates with prior experience of handling HR matters in Construction industry.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations
Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
Able to multi-task and work independently in fast paced environment
