Roles & Responsibilities
  • Partner with country Human Resource managers and business/functions leaders to understand their current and future hiring needs and develop a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Execute recruitment lifecycle activities which include sourcing, pre-screening, assessing and interviewing candidates with hiring managers.
  • Manage new hire onboarding process and experiences to engage and retain new talent.
  • Plan, develop, manage and oversee employer branding activities.
  • Lead projects focused on continuous improvement in HR policies and processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are compliance with local regulatory requirements.
