A global firm within the financial services industry.
- Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for shaping the organisational culture for the business in APAC through HR operations and initiatives. You will also be tasked to proactively partner the regional senior stakeholders in delivery of their business plans to achieve overall organisational goals. You will perform business partnering to understand business needs and challenges and to provide advisory on solutions and best practices. You will also be managing cross-border and complex employee issues, and actively spearhead and take part in global and regional initiatives and projects.
- You should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HRM, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a HR generalist role. You will need to be highly experienced in providing strategic, tactical and operational advice/support to management. You should have good project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
