Our Client Our client is an Asset Management firm which is currently in full growth mode in setting up various business entities. They are looking for a well-rounded and experienced HR Manager who will solidify the human resources frameworks in the mother company as well as their business entities. The Role The position will head the HR function in the firm. He/she will report directly to the Managing Director together with one direct report. The HR Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR, i.e., recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding, salary review, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, policy frameworking and implementation, generate and review payroll and RNF and other compliance-related regulatory reporting. The Requirements The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in the Banking sector within a shared service environment. He/she must be well-versed in RNF administration and MAS compliance. Most importantly, he/she must be hands-on with strong expertise in compensation and benefits, payroll and recruitment. Excellent stakeholder management is a significant component for the successful execution of this position.
