University degree/level within HR or equivalent.
Good knowledge in English in both speaking and writin
Minimum 5-7 years of experience within HR or equivalent job experiences.
Experience within retail is qualifying.
The GHR Manager PO lead, develop and drive the HR agenda in the Production Offices to secure Lindex vision and high-performing business culture, to develop and support the leaders in the organisation with specialist competence within the processes attract recruit develop & motivate exit and underlying processes. responsible for all HR processes, labour legislation, agreements, payroll and personnel administration in the country.
Member of the PO management team. Contributes with an HR perspective before decisions regarding organisation and personnel (both short & long term) to increase efficiency.
Optimization of recruitment process
Provides input on workforce planning
Provide and support HR policy guidance and interpretation across POs
Responsible for salary structure and benchmarking across all markets
Secure a good working environment in the organisation and identify development areas.
Continuously secure change management
Secure that group common processes, tools and trainings are localized and implemented in the organisation.
Coach and guide leaders based on Leadership the Lindex way.
Implement activities that enhance and develop Lindex business culture.
Identify needs and provide team building that result in high performing teams.
Active member of HR strategic team.
Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results.
Acting according to Lindex steering documents.
Take responsibility for developing own skills and performance.
