Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of all facets in Human Resources Management from Attraction, Optimization, and Retention aligned to the people practices and policies of Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC) and the Aboitiz Group.

The successful candidate is also responsible for helping mount top management organization with 300+ employees on site (multi-locations), transition existing and new hire employees from existing structure and assess the operational and financial impact of integration, while ensuring cultural integration.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Talent Attraction

  • Reviews and approves attraction strategies to ensure availability and endorsement of the right talents. Ensures planning for the future organizational requirements based on the business development plan
  • Forges string relationships with relevant external parties such as DOLE, Universities, etc. and ensures proper representation
  • Strategizes and reviews job offer packages to ensure its competitiveness and attractiveness while protecting the employer brand
  • Oversees onboarding process to properly engage new employees

Talent Optimization

  • In collaboration with Team Leaders, develops and implements Individual Development Plans of critical position holders and high-potentials within the organization
  • Ensures timely, accurate, and thorough implementation of talent management programs
  • Develops and Implements the Goals and Performance Management Program, and instills a performance-based culture

Talent Retention

  • Ensures alignment of compensation and benefits administration within the InfraCapital Group
  • Provides strategic plans and guidance on rewards management, and ensures consistent implementation of approved programs
  • Promotes the Aboitiz Values and drives organizational culture aligned with the corporate goals and objectives
  • Strategizes, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates employee engagement programs relevant to the desired organizational culture
  • Ensures that HR Programs promote industrial peace, comply with labor and regulatory requirements, resolve human relations related issues, and address current organizational needs
  • Analyzes and makes appropriate recommendations to management for out of policy cases.
  • Continuously review HR Systems for process improvements
  • Monitors the implementation of all HR Programs for timely submission to the InfraCapital Group and AEV HR.
  • Manages staff and ensures their development, performance, and availability of the needed resources to execute their functions
  • Manages Service Level Agreement and ensures timely and accurate delivery of HR Services
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Human Resource, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Human Resources or Labor Relations
  • Must have experience in working in large operations (300-500 employees) with different skill sets
  • Must have experience working in mergers and acquisitions, preferably from the government to private
  • Must be fluent in Visayan Language
  • Willing to be assigned in Bohol
