HR MANAGER-PASIG CITY

Job Responsibilities

Create comprehensive human resources policies and procedures that comply with Philippine laws. Update as necessary.

Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations that affect human resource function. Ensure organization is in compliance with legal requirements. Update policies and procedures, and education managers regarding compliance accordingly.

Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Manage the recruitment and selection process of store people

Come up with strategic and new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction

Nurture a positive working environment Required Qualifications

2+ years experience in a human resources supervisory position

In-depth Knowledge of labor law. disciplinary procedures and HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem solving ,decision making aptitude. people oriented and results driven.

BSc/BA in Human Resources, business administration or relevant field

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plusJob Responsibilities
