Key Responsibilities

  • Manage in day-to-day human resources functions in Hong Kong, including compensation and benefits, staffing, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, HR projects, etc.
  • Manage the whole process of payroll, tax filing, MPF administration and group medical insurance scheme, etc.
  • Act as HR contact point for any employee related matters in Hong Kong, support and advise managers on ER-related issues, and report / seek support as required
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are compliant with the statutory requirements
  • Prepare HR reports that are required on international, regional and local levels
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure the business resourcing requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timeline and thru diverse channels.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned

Successful Applicants

  • Minimum 8 years of HR management experience in Hongkong, mainly in generalist role
  • Familiar with Hongkong labor laws
  • A TA experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with different levels of managers and staff
  • Personality wise - proactive, responsible, mature with strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
