Our client is a Chinese bank.
Requirements and Application Details:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions especially focus on talent acquisition
Provide end-to-end recruitment services to business units including manpower planning, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and on-boarding arrangements, visa application
Act as a business partner on recruitment and resourcing areas
Organize various recruitment campaigns e.g. graduate trainee programs
Formulate and review HR policies and processes to ensure it complies with updated regulatory requirement
Participate in HR related projects

Requirements:

Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Banking or Financial industry, with experience in handling recruitment activities in corporate bank portfolio is an advantage
Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation, with knowledge of PRC Labour Ordinance is desirable
Multi-tasking with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Pro-active, attentive to details, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarina must)
Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HR system and Chinese Word processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
