Duties
-Group policy, employment rules and regulations
- Revision of rules and regulations in line with local labor laws
- Integrate and implement rules and regulations
-Compensation and benefit
- Integrate and implement sales incentive at store level for three companies
- Execute salary survey once a year
- Integrate payroll process for three companies
- Manage payroll process and vendors for three companies
- Calculate annual incentive for store staff
- Conduct salary review
HRIS and data management
- Manage all employee information by payroll system, peoplesoft, and paper-based
- Implement people soft for MAJ
- Make the budget once a year and forecast twice a year
- Plan and conduct performance and salary/bonus review including MBO
- Manage all reporting tools and data to HQ such as org chart, recruiting status, HC, staff list etc.
Requirements
-5 years HR experience
-Knowledge about labor law and C&B area
-Business level of English (TOEIC750-)
-Interests in fashion business is a plus
