Job Description

$5K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

Managed day-to-day HR operational and administration activities and all office-related matters

Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting and screening, Onboarding & Offboarding cycle

Management of Payroll, CPF, CorpPass, Work Pass and Income Tax

Update and maintain employees personal data and records

Handle employee medical and leaves matters

Manage HR policies, plans and programs, and to assist to review, evaluate and improve HR workflows, policies, and procedures

Collate recruitment statistics for management reporting

Counselling staff; Conducting investigations

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources / Business or its other equivalent

Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR field, preferably in IT industry

In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices

Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent and positive working attitude
