Responsibilities:

Group Recognition Awards

  • Support the annual execution and processing of the Recognition Awards for both external and internal awards
  • Verify and follow up on annual nomination returns received from institutions
  • Support the coordination of annual awards selection meetings and to ensure prompt closures for post-meeting follow-ups
  • Undertaking in ad-hoc improvement projects, as assigned
  • HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with assigned functions/ departments for HR cyclical activities such as performance management, talent review and awards nomination
  • Guide line managers and leaders on day to day employee matters including employment, development, engagement, termination, performance, staff counseling and related areas
  • Coordinate and partner with employee services, talent acquisition and other internal HR functional groups to ensure that effective and efficient delivery of HR services to assigned functions/ departments
  • Support development and implementation of HR initiatives andprogrammesfor assigned functions/ departments and may coordinate some group/ HQ level HR activities and events as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Operations related role is preferred
