Job Description

Job Description Carries out recruitment and staffing of the company, according to the company strategy and policies
Develops and maintains the HR management system, including company policy & regulations, employee handbook, salary grade, compensation & benefit system and performance evaluation, training and promotion system
Provides administrative support for managing the office, including general affairs administration, IT, translation, driver etc
Ensures HR policies and systems are in compliance with local laws and regulations
Provides compensation and benefits administration
Provides employee safety, welfare, wellness and health activities
Supports employee development and coordinates orientation and training programs
Actively contributes to a positive working environment, and high performance culture
Manages external relations with key service providers and government agencies
Process and handling of Company Building Contract Agreements, preparing Contract Agreement and control validity contract as required.
Maintain office appearance and safety standards. Complete regular safety/tidiness inspections and organize improvements as required.
Ensure legal documents for all business are kept up to date as necessary.
Coordinate business travel arrangement of Hotel reservation and Flight booking for Company Consultant visitor Expatriate or National, visiting vendor/consultants, include handling and coordination for the appropriate visa application with the documentation section.
Follow through required actions for regular meetings.
Maintain records of all office documents.
In-charge of office supplies inventory.
Provides general clerical support such as but not limited to: handling of incoming calls, faxes, mailing, filing etc.
Preparation of monthly reports
- Summary of employees Attendance for Payroll computation
- Summary of time reports for management reference (including VL and SL)
- Monitors Employment status for purposes of
o Regularization
o Performance evaluation
- Coordinates with suppliers as needed.
- Provides logistics support including taking minutes of the meeting.
- Provide office orientation for new employees
- Other duties as assigned. Skill English (oral and written) proficiency
Have working experience in a foreign capital company
Have experience in setting up company rules and HR systems in a new and/or growing company
Have good communication and people skills
Demonstrated initiative, with all-round hands-on team approach
Highly professional and able to work with minimal supervision
At least 3 years working as a generalist in human resources and general affairs field
Flexible, and able to take on multiple tasks
Bachelors degree in law, human resources or related field
