Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Executive/Senior HR Executive work closely with HR Manager in compensation and benefits matters, key HR Initiatives and other HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full payroll cycle including statutory report for CPF, Form 8E & appendix and IR21.;
  • Responsible for submission of grants and claims;
  • Administrator of HRIS and responsible for maintenance of accurate HR database in HRIS;
  • Responsible for all manpower/payroll reports and statutory surveys;
  • Administer work pass matters;
  • Support HR process such as preparing HR letters and exit clearance;
  • Assist in the organization of company events;
  • Support office admin and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements:-

  • Degree / Diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in payroll administration;
  • Knowledge of Sage EasyPay;
  • Well versed in local employment regulations;
  • Able to work independently and meticulous to details and numbers;
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
