Full set of recruitment pertaining to advertisement, application screening, and interview arrangement.
Preparation of HR related letters (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, manpower requisition letter , employment certification letter , warning letter, termination letter etc)
Conduct of new employee's orientation, briefing on Company's HR policies and any reference checks if required.
Conduct exit interview and clearance for resign employees.
Maintaining of employee files and HR filing system
Employee record maintenance
Provide HR administrative support (foreign work pass application, NS make up claim, work injury compensation claims etc).
Prepare monthly staff movement report.
Prepare mid and end months' payroll
Liaise with external / government regulatories
Coordinate and liaise with insurance companies with regards to Company insurance (properties, vehicles, staff's hospitalisation & surgical, outpatient) new coverage, renewal, comparison of costs and other miscellaneous matters
Process employees application for trade specific agents, general agents , including its yearly renewal.
Checking/verification of invoices and credit notes for insurance new coverage and renewal.
Filing of IR21 for resigned foreign employees
Prepare subsidiaries companies monthly payrolls and its month-end reports and annual IR8A forms.
Monthly overtime and salary reports
Submission of childcare leave, maternity leave and paternity leave claims.
Process training grants applications.
Advice employees on HR related queries.
Provide support to management in workright inspection, employee counselling session or disciplinary inquiry
Prepare annual performance and salary review appraisals.
Assist in company's variable bonus preparation.
Supervise /coach and checking of HR officers' works and duties.
Coordinate and assist HR activities and projects and other duties as & when assigned from time to time
HR activities for e,g Company covid safe management measures, festive occasions gift distributions,/D&D/ Departmental lunch dinner gathering etc
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Office Admin
Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resource Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and related payroll softwares
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and at the same time a team player
