Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to on-boarding
  • Partner with Business units as HRBP to support full spectrum of HR functions with focus on Human Resource Development
  • Manage and improve on Learning and Development Framework (processes, system, and data)
  • Manage Talent Acquisition and build external and internal recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs
  • Implement Competency Based Human Resource Management
  • Assist in HR grants, recommendation to Management and follow-up on applications
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment
  • Familiar with Singapore's Employment & Industrial Laws and best practices
  • Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information
  • Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative to deliver KPIs
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
