Duties and Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of employment life cycle administration
Talent Management (Recruitment & Retention)
Staff Benefits & Recognition Programme
Employee Engagement & Relations Communication
Conduct periodic review and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures / SOP to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
HR Business Partnering and working closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
Assist in the driving / implementation of new HR initiatives
Execution of HR digitalization project
Preparation of HR Management Reports
Assist in adhoc HR Projects
Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or relevant professional qualification
Minimum 3 to 4 years of HR/ Admin experience
Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws & Singapore company practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Good working knowledge and organization skills
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think logically and strategically
Good team player with the ability to work in a fast pace environment
Knowledge in HRiQ will be advantageous.
Good writing and communication skills is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skill in dealing with all levels of people.
Responsible and meticulous with an eye for details.
