Job Description

The Role

This role requires you to work closely with the line managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Shared Service team on HR operation matters and employee engagement. You will also provide support in projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Key accountabilities

  • Be the liaison personnel for employee matters, providing timely consultation if required
  • Effectively engage employees, enhancing the employee experience in the company
  • Be the point of contact to deliver value-added services to both management and employees that reflects the desired outcome of the companys people strategies
  • Champion the implementation of employee engagement activities
  • Responsible for consolidation of monthly HR reports for the Group and generating the statistical reports as and when required
  • Manage projects and initiatives as required which include employees activities.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • A recognised Degree, preferably in human resource or business-related field.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower charts, etc.
  • Good numerical sense, meticulous, and a strong problem-solver.
